Traditional craft work is time consuming and cannot compete on price or lead time with mass produced items that are now so readily available. However, for those who appreciate originality, longevity and bespoke sizing; you may be pleasantly surprised by our prices which are helped by low overheads and turnover below the VAT thresh-hold.
The process of commissioning will vary depending on the type and scale of work involved but will typically include:
1 initial meeting with follow up visit to workshop if appropriate
2 drawings which may go through several iterations
3 written quote with approximate timescale
4 customer approval and deposit payment – typically 50%
5 periodic progress reports
6 delivery and installation where required
7 final payment
